Niflheim is dying
After the server crash about one hour ago, we all experienced position resets all the time until the next server crash right now. It is prime time now.
NGD, please consider to replace this server with a newer one. Thanks! :-)

I think that Gamigo is responsible for maintaining this server... a post here likely won't do any good.
The best NGD can do is forward any problem reports along to them. |

All Regnum Online servers are under controll and maintainance from NGD, so if there are any problems with them, it's NGDs part to do something about it.

That's partly true, but the servers are located in Sweden. Consequently NGD doesn't have physically access to their web servers - only through a web interface.

Servers in Sweden, Programmers in Argentina, for a German Custoner gamigo always gets the chance to point its finbger on somebody else
The best way to solve problems: "We are not responsible" BTW: Are there any new Forts or castles planned so we get the chance to play hide and seek with our opponents even some hours longer? Servers are dying because Fortbattles cant take place in Forts and Castles that only look good... |

It is normal that the admin does not have physical access to the webserver, it s unusual that a kick against the machine solves the problem and nearly everthing else can be done from remote
