ximerin buy problem
today i send 2 sms for ximerin, didnt recieved the confirmation sms and my ximerin isnt stored on my account .
i still got my money so this isnt a big problem . anybody else got this too??? |

idk where your from, but i see a lot of dutch players with this problem.. |

It has happened to me before, it was an issue with my network provider. I didn't get charged the full amount however, just the standard SMS rate. Did you get charged the full rate (i.e. the xim payment) or your network's standard SMS rate?
In any case, it's worth opening a ticket with NGD they usually resolve xim tickets quite quickly as long as it's in the right section, at least they did for me. Good luck! |

Same here, Dutchies can not buy ximerin for a while (just during xim bonus ><'')...

I'm having the same problem. I can't buy ximerin via phone. I'm in Australia and my service provider is Telstra.
