That screen prove nothing... from begin of game challenge mobs resisted/evadet like this.
Put a screen with blue(normal) or green(easy mobs) with that rate of resists.
Anyway see you around :P

Some mobs have hight rate at resists evades.If you grind large variety of mobs you will find out what mobs evade more and what mobs dose not.
