crashin when game is ready to play

this mornin i was playin the game fine, but i logged out to do something, came back to start playin again & found that everytime the game sed that it was ready to play it crashed. If i report the crash, with the little window that comes up, then it goes on to the verifyin bit fine, but then the option to play the game does not come up. & i can leave it for about 30mins & nothing happens.

I have been tryin for about the past hour to log on.
