Crashed at loading screen

When I choose my char, the game starts to load and after that I get an error message saying that it crashed due to unexpecting error.

I've just installed the game and this happens. My pc meets the requirements so I think it isn't the pc's fault.

I have an integrated video card btw.

Any help please?

Oh yeah, maybe it's nice to know that it says Unknown HW support in my options.

Now having this same problem since ive been trying to start in Safe Mode....

Guess nobody wants to help here.

Says alot about this community. I'll be looking for a new game then.

Kinda have to agree. The 15 minutes of the game i got to play, but i cant really keep trying to lvl my char with 3 minute play slots, and thats if it makes it past the loading screen.......Please guys i was really enjoying this game and very much looking forward to continueing with it, any help would be appreciated :-/

try changing the setting from OpenGL to DirectDraw..for some reason my game hangs if i try to run in OpenGL.
