News in AMUN - Testing stage
Hi everyone! AMUN is open for testing! This is the changelog for the 1.9.3 version.
Please, post your feedback in this thread. Regards! Regnum Online – Changelog – v.1.9.3 Gameplay | General: · Fixed: Some areas of Raeraia city (Syrtis) were appearing as “Ulren Asir”. · Fixed: The “War Mastery” power description for Warmasters. · Fixed: Active powers tooltip were not showing correctly. · Modified: The “Defeat 30 from X Realm” objective from the “The Warmaster Path” quest now specifies the area where the enemies should be defeated. Gameplay | Interface: · New: Party members’ location can now be seen in the map and mini-map. · New: Available quests can now be seen in the map and mini-map if they are close to the player. Gameplay | Commerce: · Fixed: The commerce interface no longer allows for empty transactions (without any items or gold). · Fixed: Openning commerce Windows with players and NPCs at the same time is no longer possible. Interacting with an NPC will close any open Commerce windows. · Fixed: Simultaneous transactions on the same item are no longer allowed. · New: Items being traded can no longer be altered during the transaction (adding/removing gems, etc.). Gameplay | Balance: · New: The “Performance” power from the “Pets” discipline has been replaced with the new “Stalker Spirit” power. · Modified: The “Training” power from the “Pets” discipline now grants a 10 % health bonus at level 1 and 25% at level 5. · New: Pet health and mana indicators have been added to the pet’s HUD. Content: · New: Houses, main structures and map objects in towns in all Alsius villages and cities have been replaced by news models (New houses stage 1). · New: Areas near villages and cities have been redesigned. Client: · Fixed: Resources not downloading after an update under certain configurations of the Windows proxy. · Fixed: The “Show Party Members de” option now works with the initial configuration. Premium Content: · New: Mounts (Bear, Albino Bear, Dark Bear). · New: Warmaster Coin booster. · New: Magnanites booster. · Fixed: “Name Change Scroll” window has been updated for the new interface. · Fixed: “Name Change Scroll” now updates the name correctly in the clan list..

<hope im not lvl 1 on amun again> ------------------------------------------- Initial Test Results: · New: The “Performance” power from the “Pets” discipline has been replaced with the new “Stalker Spirit” power. -Pet skill does not display time limit or duration of pet camo in the skill menu list. -Pets under camo cannot be revealed with the reveal skill, and can be hidden if the hunter is under reveal if that hunter casts camo -The Camo skill says that once camo is cast the hunter loses control of his pet. (needs to be edited) -When pet skill ends both pet and the hunter become visible even if hunter has more duration on camo (you must skill pet passive hide to the same lvl as your hunters camo) (example) - Hunter casts camo lvl 5 / Hunter has pet hide lvl 1 (when pet hide duration runs out <about 30 seconds>, both hunter and pat are visible) Indended? -When camo ends - sometimes the pet stops moving and dies behind you BUG REPORT · Modified: The “Training” power from the “Pets” discipline now grants a 10 % health bonus at level 1 and 35% at level 5. -Training power shows lvl 25% at level 5 · New: Pet health and mana indicators have been added to the pet’s HUD. -AMAZING!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Now a hunter can see how much life his pet has! Mana for pet? Maybe we will be getting pet skills? Gameplay | Interface: · New: Party members’ location can now be seen in the map and mini-map. -Please give us an option to allow party members to show ontop or below of map icons. So that hunters are once again strong when coming out of camo? So that they can’t be buffed and made a normal class again, because it would make them overpowered when combined with camo? Have you fired everyone connected to the last real balance Update (1.6.3)? I liked that Update. I wonder if I’ll ever see one like that again. Not commenting on anything else because I’m just interested in balance.

First thumbs up for the new minimap improvements (especially showing party members!) and for fixing that sempiternally old bug in Raeraia. Also for fixing the spell description tooltips and other bugs.
Thumbs up also for the new Alsius cities/houses models, they just look friggin awesome (here's some screenshots below) Birka: Montsognir: However my FPS dramatically dropped compared to Horus. in Horus the FPS is almost the double in the same cities. There is also bugs with textures and lights that flicker when turning camera inside some houses : Settings: Linux 64-bit, everything maxed Shaders 4.0. NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti. Now for the rest, I'm also a little disappointed about the Hunter changes. Hunters don't need pets improvements but improvements to their own discipline trees. It's now like going backwards with these pet changes. I also hoped changes for Mages, and especially Cast Speed. So this is not the update that will make me play again. (/me goes back to minecraft)

Ive got the same card but with Windows so I'll test as soon as Amun is back up. I sure hope we have some new magna stuff to buy, I can't see many people breaking the bank for magna boosters with lvl 45 weaps.

I think it's very nicely done. Many new things are to be found but there are still a few bugs that you get certainly eliminated.
@ NGD: You're doing a great job! (I would start to work smoothly with you.)

Hm I can't approve that; imo it is a good change that hunters are now able again to camouflage with their pets.
Good to see that NGD does not rush anything about hunters as they used to do. Sotw should become a hunter-only spell and they will quite fine I think.. I just hope NGD will wait and see how the hunter-thing develops and not instantly implement everything that the community suggests ;D Agreed. |

about hunter: this changes all around grind and hunting. that's all.
in war hunter as before can't using pets. sad. so you need all the time change setup depend of what you gonna do: hunt (grind) or war. hunter needs mass spells.
