I dont know how to say this, but it seems like NGD is not listening, do you even play the game? i'm starting to like the merge if only i can play without any constant lag, i have complained after the 1.9.3 update, and seems like the lag got worst after the merge. I'm starting to hate the game now. Can you please do something about the constant crashes and lag?? If not, Can you make a statement were you admit that you can't do anything about it so we should know if we can still depend on you and if its worth spending our money in here. Come to think of it when the Lamai goes live at the server. Really people, If you wanna make money make sure its worth it on our part.

/me thinks he raged after a crash

but yh, we 'all' have lag. And ppl from my clan from the russia side have constant crashes
kinda mean coz they had decent ping first.. and are great players

I sometimes have these weird spikes, out of nowhere, and well towns are a no-go zone

but ill live with it, either till it gets better, or a game worth my money turns up

190-200 ping and I'm lagging sometimes ending with crashes (Connection Problem)

For me, ping didn't change BUT i'm experiencing lag-like issues, temporary freezes, and see many animations problems. It wasn't the case before the merge.

My ping has gone to the 700-800 sometime and my fps when i go into the war zone and try and participate they drop to 4-8 which make it impossible for me to play

Well, I am experiencing lower FPS at all time, laggs, freezes. Anyway, I'd like to ask if this is because of the merge AND if it will change??

P.S. I think a more "friendly title" will cause the MODs to respond instead of ignoring it.

That's the hardware problem. Hope NGD will solve it...

Friendly title? lol i tried that before, guess what? still No answer -- believe me i'm still nice this way. I just hate the fact that i spend money to enjoy what i spend it of, not the other way around. For example, you bought wmc 2x thats 4k xim if i'm not mistaken, the boost is wasted when on Fort/Realm wars I lag severely/freeze etc, Wtf are AS for if i get lags anyway? My point here is, If they are doin something about it atleast they should let us know because there are more issues to be taken care of too like How come we still have a seprate xim when we already have one server? things like that and more. Guess what, they spend more time on those new Characters "Lamai" rather than attending to this issue.

Yup, same for me, lag where there was no lag, crashes that i never used to get, crashes so hard it takes my PC out with it....i have to force shutdown ...no other game does that and i am worried about the damage this might be causing to my PC :/

I was reduced to 1 - 2 fps yesterday, so i turned down pretty every single graphic so i could at least move again...but it still lags like crazy...and no i refuse to drop down to fixed pipleine, i have a PC capable of running your game on shader 4, and i have spent money on paint in game, and i want to see the paint....

And as quoted above....we really hope the support we have all given you in the form of Xim purchasing has been worth it on our part....

There are temporary, and sometimes permanent, freezes the very second my character enters the game world. Don't know if anybody else has this. But it doesn't always happen.
