Default StackHash_09ea DEP crash

Regnum crashes on my PC with Win7 Prof. x64 mostly every time when closing Regnum.

The crash log shows:
"Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BEX
Application Name: ROClientGame.exe
Application Version: 1.7.6.32644
Application Timestamp: 4fb51c75
Fault Module Name: StackHash_4a95

Fault Module Timestamp: 4fb51c75
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 00000008
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1031
Additional Information 1: 0a9e
Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789
Additional Information 3: 0a9e
Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789"

I've found a statement about StackHash crashes at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...6-90818086d964
It's a DEP (Data Execution Prevention) exception. My processor supports DEP and it is enabled for all programs.

DEP is a very good security feature and should NOT disabled for some applications. Does Regnum create some "wild pointers" on closing or does the compiler (which is used for compiling Regnum from source code) creates bad code - which results in a DEP exception?

I hope you fix that problem soon.

Think this should belong in Technical Support
As far as i know this is the problem with power management.
Try this stresstest overnight, or when you are off for a longer period.

Please place the results here.
It's possible that you have to buy a new PSU(Power Supply Unit), giving your pc more power.

A moderator/volunteer can move this thread to Technical Support - if necessary.

PSU is stable, no graphics errors (it's a new graphics card, 1 week old) after 1 1/2 hours. My graphics card sounds like a starting plane while running the stresstest.

It's not when playing (can play 4-5 hours or more without a crash), it's only when I close Regnum.

530W from my "be quiet! Pure Power 530W BQT L7" PSU is enough for my system.

This must be a bug which happens only at Windows 7, I have no crash at closing on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS x64.

Still think it's weird, i dont think your hardware needs more power when closing RO.
Does your RO only crash when closing RO?, no other programs?
Maybe someone else has an idea??

Edit: Tried Malware or registry fixes?

Jep, only Regnum, only at closing, no other program.

No. I'm not sure why I should try Malware or registry fixes?
I scanned my system with OTL (a HijackThis like tool), nothing suspicious in the log files.

I know StackHash_4a95 also occurs on IE on W7,because i had the same problem some time ago, but i have no clue how it works with RO.
A possible fix for IE is to fix registers and deleted all malware

Have you tried it on safe mode??
