Chocolates? Certainly not.
Beacons? ...Ehhhh, they're a key piece of RvR gameplay, to not allow them in the clan/team games would be an artificial representation of actual cooperative gameplay. Passive? Sure why not? Doesn't make much of a difference. Horn of the Wind? Even though it pains me to say it, I suppose it would be unfair generally speaking. So, partial no and partial yes.

everything should be allowed.
as long as you are not using any cheat engines or hack programs to increase your movement or attack speed. All aspects of normal gameplay should be allowed. |

Then players who has wm powers in a team while the other team doesn,t will create a big imbalance...
