Default Mobs healing themselves!

Yeah... I've had this happen many of times and because of it I have died... I'll be killing the mob and its at a quarter health then it jumps up about 5% health and its just annoying! Please fix!

Not sure what you are describing, nor have I ever seen a jump in health on a mob I was killing....at least not up, when I hit them, they jump down

If you stop attacking it, it's health will slowly regenerate just as yours does when you stop fighting or sitting

I have seen this too, quite often. You will be fighting something, only to have its health restored during combat. I'm not sure if it's just server lag or what, but it doesn't feel right. What my guess is, is that they are continuing to regenerate health inside combat, which should be stopped for all PCs and NPCs in my opinion. Most games have it coded so that you do not heal during combat.

Well healing during combat is fine, so long is it is not too much, the ammount you heal and the ammount the mob heals will negate each other

uhh... not very slow in my opinion .... many times i've died because of this ... mob is almost dead ...then i'll hit one of those "no attacking for like 15 seconds" phases and during that time the mob just heals ....as if it were out of combat.

And what's with mobs you attack and they either run away from you or go attack another mob ....

Yes, the mobs heal themeselves, but like el13 said, very slow. Is the lag that makes you think that they regenerate very fast.
You can see the ping and accuracy with ALT + P and the fps with ALT + I.

Yes I've noticed the same thing even when there is little lag.
I've seen their hits point increase by as much as 25% or more in the middle of a fight.
