Server problems ?

My login client keeps looping same file regnumonline.exe

keeps goin up to 2156 window dissapears and then pops up after 30 sec
and doing the same thing again and again

Do you have Windows Vista? If that's the case, try installing the game outside Program Files folder.

nope just plain old windows xp...

Check if you don't have a RegnumOnline.exe process running in the background, and kill it if it's there.
