Another useful tip: Have you ever wondered what to do when an enemy zerg approaches you? The advice is simple: There's no need to do anything, the zerg will take care of it.

Anyway, I think it is a good thing training newbies of each realm. Doing so for 200 mags is a rip-off and furthermore non-realistic, as those players that need to be taught don't have such possessions.
Giving the players lessons at the arena would be great, the admittance could be voluntary - I'm sure that depending on the quality of the service, you could make few mags.
Unfortunately I don't have much time..

I will provide the best tip for training, for free.

Get about 6 ppl in the arena, at least. Make 2 groups, and start it with a 1v1, when one group member dies, the next take his place and fights. No resting in between. Constant 1v1s to promote sustainability in fights and wars. I promise this will make any player better in just an easy 30 minutes.
