Why has Ra got battlezones and Haven hasn't

Ok i know that Ra is the money earner the first server the baby, however i just want to know WHY Ra has it and haven doesn't is it because of a technical issue or are we just not as liked? People have been logging in and out all day saying..

"is it up yet, can we got to the BZ yet?"

No, no you can't timmy and we don't know why.

Seriously we just want some answers a timescale anything. We might not be as big as Ra but that shouldn't mean we're treated any differently

we are getting used to it, people don't even click "enter instance" anymore
