Game not starting!

Hi, I have a Mac OS X V 10.7.5
2,4 gHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

and when i start RolLauncherSteam, i click the start button it loads but when it gets to verifying Character.SDB it just start over and over to verifying it.. please help.

Delete the following files from the live server folder;

characters.idx
characters.sdb
