cannot buy ximerin

Hi,
I am living in Germany now but I really don't want to play on the German server,
so I continue using the international client and connect to haven.

It all works well, but now I wanted to buy ximerin, and the webpage returns me an error ("you are connecting from a different country...").
Why is where I am connecting from a problem?

I opened a ticket LWX-840363, is it something that can be solved? .. Please take my money!!

Try using some US proxy server when you're buying xim.

That seems a pretty bad idea security-wise.
