Marksmen spell combo
Am I still a beginner? I guess so if I'm gonna ask this question XD
I'm currently a lvl20 marksman and am wondering if there are any experienced marksmen out there who'd like to share their spell combo while grinding and later on in the wz. I've been trying out several spells excepting those in the short bow discipline and found some spells to be seemingly useless although this may be because I'm just a bit inexperienced on its usage. These days I stick to Recharged Arrows (+dmg) and Maneuver (+dex) for all my grinding activities and very little else. Also another thing, even though it's a bit too late to ask now, what stats arrangement do you use for your marksman? I reckon I set my concentration way too low 'cos half the time my shots keep missing (and I'm supposed to be a marksman for goodness sake!) Any thoughts you can share on this would be greatly appreciated |

lvl 22 molok marksman
meneuver + charged arrows + point shot = 250dmg crits each 3 shot But only 2 mobs =\ About conc , don't be afraid.. There is a passive skill +conc , on lvl 5 it will give +15 conc... I'm wondering to promote some short bow mastery , there is a passive skill that gives +dex.. Dex is the most important stat for marksman , because 1dex~2dmg p.s:If what , reset_powers |

I did put more emphasis on dex and my damage is quite okay. It's missing most of my shots that's bothering me so much. I also checked out those spells in the shortbow mastery you mentioned and looks like I'll have to divide my points to that tree even if I don't use most skills in it much :\
Thanks for sharing! |

The are also some features...
You can't promote your spells to lvl 3 if you haven't your mastery lvl 11(for lvl 4 - 21 , lvl 5 - 31) So it's your choice... I'm looking for uber build.. Someday i'll post it good luck! |

A correction:
skills lvl 3 - Character lvl 21 skills lvl 4 - Character lvl 29 skills lvl 5 - Character lvl 37 TIP: The best way to lvl up quickly is leveling with other players (as much as possible). Ask to your friends/guild for party-leveling zones. Good luck. PD: Excuse my english. |

A good spell combo against mages in particular warlocks:
Burst Of Wind- Shield Piercing - Maneuver - Lethal Strike - Winter Stroke
Burst makes enemies dizzy, dizzy = they can't use spells, next shield piercing can break or at least do heavy dmg the energy barrier that mages use, then you do maneuver to give you extra dex, lethal strike is the attack that's gonna destroy the shield(if your shield piercing failed to do it) and dmg the enemy, then you do winter stroke when you see the mage casting a spell, this makes the spell don't hit you but its still made so mana loss and cool down for the enemy

I usually just use recharged arrows, and use maneuver and eagle's eye if it's a particularly difficult one. I think the short bow passive buff is worth getting.
I also have death sentence, which gives +20% attack on a target I think. Although sometimes I wonder if that actually does anything, I don't always notice a difference. |

Much thanks for the tips guys! They're all very helpful!
I still wished there was someway to alter my stats in-game though, in some other MMORPGs they allow you to rearrange it once, after you're familiar with the game (before that you run around with all points distributed evenly by the game when you start). Or at least there's a way to change your stats, slowly and with a considerable penalty. It's pretty hard for a newbie to decide on his/her stats before playing for the first time so I think that's a reasonable suggestion. |
