He's telling the truth. There have been several threads in the spanish images with pictures like that.

And this is not the first picture in the forums with that effect in the eyes (happens some times near walls or doors, not always), also I have another one but with stalker, so I look like a ghost

I use SM4 with every filter and effect on (althought I don't remember if that picture was taken when I was using OpenGL or DirectX

), maybe you play with a different setting and see colors in a different way? I think this one was with DirectX.
