mi problema esque cuando abro el regnum me sale esto :Error initializing direct3D renderer. les pido ayuda porfavor si me pueden ayudar.....

A mi se me arreglo cuando actualicé mi controlador de video que estaba obsoleto (también de Intel).

O lo que es lo mismo = Instala drivers.

Mira...tu memoria RAM es muy muy baja.
Tu procesador intel celerón no es un procesador para jugar...como mucho navegar por internet y procesar textos.
Tu tarjeta gráfica es de gama baja baja.
Y encima estás usando windows vista.
