Help please!

When I try to enter the game, durring the primary loading screen, I get the Message " You have been disconnected from server, please try again"

I hit accept, and the client closes, and I have to open the client again.

So far I have not been able to get to the character select or anything. All my drivers are up to date, and I have disabled my firewall and antivirus, to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Edit: after some diging, I found a post from another user having similar issues. Going to try some of those recomendations, short of re-instalin windows. If I cant get it to work after all that, I'm going to go find a different game.

i had that for 18 months,thats NGD too scared to admit you dont have a fast enough internet connection.
they need to recode it,to say you are unable to play due to connection BEFORE you dload the 815mb install file,but thats not the NGD way.;
