Can't log in

I created an account, downloaded the game and installed it.
On the title screen, while the bar is loading, at the bottom left corner it says "downloading 0.0 Kb/s"
The bar keeps loading until a certain point near the middle, then it stops, and after a while I get a message "You have been disconected from the server. Please try entering the game again". I've done so like ten times, and it's still the same.
What should I do?

Try and disable the "update all resources at once" in option before entering one of the game server.

I disabled it. Even though it loaded a little bit more, I still get disconnected every time :S

I have had this similar problem before, I got a new computer with booster power and voilà it works! Try ending all processes not used by the game or the system. Internet explorer used to Jack up my game.

I've had a similar problem for a long time on a friends windows box, have a look for the error log text file in the installation folder (c/games), the log shows problems downloading resources here (47000 and 49000 range, about 5 files).
His system just had a fresh install, only issue on his PC is a reputable 3rd party nvidia driver which has installed files that cannot be de-fragmented (this was the reason for the re-installation). He will be re-installing without that driver in the next few days, will post back if that was the problem.
