Will there be dungeons or a secondary way to expand the playing area?

Are there any plans to make super bosses drops completely random so that every class can have a fair chance to get them? As it is now some classes are totally excluded or have almost no chance to get the drops.

Do you plan to add change the game sound?
Atm I can't stand the sound of my own footsteps or the birds singing I wish there was an option to disable them so I am playing without sound.
