How do you grind a conjurer these days?

I haven't grinded mine since lvl 50, so my question is; what setup would get me to lvl up fast?

I still think grinding mobs > warring, right?

I will skill warju and try to grind. It is sad and i really do not want to do this, but since war XP is real joke and things will get harder in time i maybe have to do this.

Before changes conju grind was a breeze. I hope to find a good setup to do this again. Maybe golem, mental, some protection, regens dunno...

I was so happy i get decent XP from wars on Amun. Now have to return to this boring hell.

Well i hope i get enough hunters around so i will have some fun. Hope to get some drops too.

So full mental + summon? Or just full mental with defence?

I feel mobs get more damage and less resists. Maybe they changed something to ease grinding.

Anyway get as more damage as you can. Regens too and protections in case of hunters.

Mental warju is easy and cheap to grind. Sadly ranged summons are crap, so you have to take golem.

barrier is enough to grind
i'd use something like this to grind alone and even support a little bit if grinding in party

I had no problem yesterday, getting good xp while warring with my full support conju. Everything from 30 to 300 XP was shown in my log. It may not be the fastest way to grind, but it is the funniest way in my opinion.

Too lazy to create a detailed setup for you, but here goes:

Max Summon
Mana at a comfortable level (barrier, devotion, sacrifice are necessities if you have the required lvl)
Max Mental (Arcane devotion and blaze at their highest level possible)
Minimal life (Regen sefl and heal self)

Buff -> summon -> attack mob w/ arcane missile -> blaze when close -> arcane missile -> repeat.

At lower levels alternate Zarkit and Lich, at higher levels use Golem.

In terms of grinding a conjo is there a fatal flaw here?

At lower levels the spells rise in damage as you level up. Ie you get more points so you get more level 5 spells. But the mental tree has a limited number of damage spells.

Mobs will get harder but there is no level 6 to spells in order to do more damage I will have to use more spells on each mob to match the damage, right?

As intelligence is useless for a conjurer (as is dex for a hunter) doesn't this mean that as I go from 50 to 51 and so on, I will not have any additional spell damage to reflect my increasing level (just more power points)?

The only saving grace will be summons which hopefully will increase in damage as my level increases...

I removed summons completely. With alternating mental + mana burn you can grind without stops. Heals, barrier, ss give you good survival. Live savor + ress to support allies.

I find this setup pretty fun for hunts too.
