Well, half of my clan was banned for doing some bugged quest, and afaik only one has heard back from NGD on the issue. So not everyone that was banned was being stupid

i heard the quest they did,was one they KNEW they shouldnt do.
now correct me if im wrong here.but.....
isnt your clan,one who holds themselves in high regard,among the elites of alsius.a clan of such honor and bravery.a clan full of experienced players?

if that is so..why did they do a quest they should have known not to do..being as experienced as they were and are!

now if thats true,and they did,then they deserve to be punished in some form.
as for NGD banning people for doing a quest designed for the enemy/bugged,that does seem harsh and rather excessive.but we all know the rules.especially the players who have been here a long time such as you and your clan!

...Wtf. The first two "paragraphs" don't make any sense. But from what I can interpret, how are we supposed to know which quest that we're not supposed to do? O.o

can someone clarify, people got baned over taking quest in enemie realm (i assume kill 30 iggs, syrts)? thats, what i understand from these posts.

as for drama....
my paranoid mind wonders, who uses the particular person as its megaphone.

I have heard that Enio has screenshots of this quest he was able to get from the Merchants at Aggersborg market. I do not know what they quests were for or what the rewards were.

Also I know those players, I don't know why they would do a quest they KNEW they shouldn't do, they're not idiots. With all the warmaster hype, the new quests being announced etc these could've been easily misinterpreted or something.

As blood-raven said already, NGD did not even inform them this quest was not supposed to be there or anything, they are not at fault.

Also Greenm, please do not talk about obeying rules when you have been banned from RA and these forums before lol.

So are they going to take back my new quest items and ban me?

If an error happens in game and players don't know it's an error can they be blamed?

That doesn't hold up in my of the US courts.

In other courts not in US... mmm good luck.

btw.. alsius are pro at taking/defending forts!

I remember some dev going to agg marketand asking if we had a quest at market. I think it was before that nobles quest and jewery quest.

If i saw a quest at market i would probably do it too.

what it has to do with courts? do you want to sue ngd?

in theory, i believe most of EU countries have nice consumer rights and could ask refund in this case even without going to court, if the goods would be sold in EU. idk about US.

problem: NGD is in Argentina and i don't know what the Argentinian law says.
