I agree with some of what you say.

Warmasters is not the problem in an of itself Zas. Although, its implementation is flawed I must agree. It just exposed the problems that always existed in a dramatic way. Rolling it back solves nothing. It just pushes all the problems back under the carpet to erupt next balance patch.

Sure, a level 60 cap is fine. The game needs a refresh and NGD needs fresh income. I am fine with that. The forts are beautiful, I accept that this is the best thing to come out of the update. The saves? No comment on it yet. I am trying it on a non warmaster character to see what it is like.

I agree with your last statement Zas. The game is a chore for me now. There is no fun. Hence I hardly play any more. Sorry guys, I know you like to beat up on my tin can , I will try to log a bit so you can take out your frustrations on me

WM skills have no appeal to me.

Its bad enough that they take a lot of fun out of the game tactics, they also add some severe consequences for the underpopulated realms.

Yeah that's just ridiculously dumb. Maybe they thought 'by the time the first players hit 60 we'll have the next balance update' and the update just didn't make it? Whatever, it's still just

When I wanted to see the reaction of Syrtis ppl when they'll respawn and see me unarmed at Syris (new) save. I rofled a lot when one respawned Syrtis barb placed both (!!!) becaons and then begin hitting me. I just forgot the name of that WM barb (sorry)

lol I came across an ig 'rent a hunter' using becons against a lone syrtis hunter grinding yesterday. Its come to this. :/

Funny thing is, becons didnt save him

Default beacons or the bug the problem ?

Suppose behind the 'easter chocolates' and the beacons there is a code.
I really wonder wether beacons are the problem. They do not work properly anyhow, don't last the 90 seconds as indicated.
I do think the bug which makes it possible to use the 'immunity bug' is more a problem.
Playing on Ra, the 'immunity bug' code is often used, especially by mages.
Knock down spells, burst of wind used to be a good weapon against mages, but since many mages on Ra use the 'immunity bug' code they have become worthless.
Sad the game is going down so fast.
