Default Game will not finish loading

Hey RO,

I'm attempting to get the game up and running in Linux Mint 10 on a new Asus eee pc with a dual core (Intel Atom) processor. It actually runs decently on my Windows 7 Starter partition, but since I prefer Linux, I'm hoping to get it working here as well. I've enabled s3tc compression and the game will attempt to start, but the windows are rather large and off-center. When loading reaches a certain point, either after the NGD Studios splash screen or after the first loading progress screen, the game will exit without warning. No error messages, it's just gone. Does anyone have an idea as to what's going on here or how to fix it?

For me this is solved by disabling or enabling the "download all resources at once" in the launcher options menu...

If this doesn't work, try to launch the game in safe mode.

Good luck
