Actualy i made same think ,tryng to infect ppl to make this event more interesting.

That is why I logged. I was tired and sometimes these things grate on raw, tired nerves especially when it is done in excess of 10 times in short order. At that point it really is no fun to me. If a spider does it, or an ally does it unintentionally, or an enemy gives it to me , no problem.
When I have my own allies running after me to give it to me excessively, well that is another story. It is the long awaited friendly fire button that so many want I suppose.
When I got back I was fine. A little rest does wonders. That and a long range marks I could use

I don't think I take the game too serious but, I am still human and everything that goes with that.

Edit; 40% is going to be tough to get. Even in the height of Ignis infection mania we never really got it past 24%.

After you did that quest once, you have to run all over the realm to find someone who still has a medicine available to cure you.

If no one has, then good luck to fight with -35% of your hp.

Yesterday before logging off, I had in my inventory a potion with always 10/10 doses, and this potion removed the purple disease.

Today, when I log on, I don't find the potion anymore. So I will spend my free time in another place until the end of the event.

I agree. When the event first launched, people wouldn't go mad about getting the fever because it increased HP instead of decreasing like now, they'd be more worried about not to reach 50% and they were pretty serious about it... Maybe if it was reverted back, people wouldn't go "hurr durr i no wonna fite wit low hp".

So, if you wanted the infection, you'd have to be careful not to contribute to reach 50%. And that is where low level players come with potions and save their realm!!!11 wutevur

Syrtis gate broke at 20% yesterday, so unexpecting that the gem pretty much strolled out with little resistance.
