Stuck at Verifying characters.sdb

My game crashed after the new purple spider change. Now I log in and select Enter The World but when I do the scroll bar goes through the verifying and then gets stuck 75% through verifying characters.sdb. I had this problem before and reloaded the game and submitted a trouble ticket and had no problems. I have already reloaded the game and submitted a trouble ticket but not getting anywhere. Please help.

NVM I had to wait for it to load for 35 minutes.

Remove the file and it should fix it.
