crashes - how to help NGD?
Hi,
in the recent days I had damn lot of crashes even during grinding. I don't know what is the reason, I guess its a dual wielding bug. But my primary question is: what should I describe in crash reports? I don't know what details are helpful for the devs, I would be interested in some guideline related to reporting. Probably neither "crash during grinding" nor "FU NGD" is helpful. So, any suggestions? |

So, I'd really like an answer from Frosk on this one. Just what should we write there?

The only thing I can write in a crash report is: "crash while changing characters"
And that might be a short and helpful info for NGD when it happens. But what to write by a crash while actualy playing? no idea at all

If you think this is because of a bug related to dual wielding, please state clear whether you're using "weapon trails" or not. If you think this may happen due to an error concerning an specific kind of monster, please detail which one, and so on. For any other cases in general, it's important to briefly describe what you think it may be useful for us when we read the crash report, such as map position, graphic settings, and if necessary, OS and other technical specs, such as the PC hardware you're currently using. Regards! |
