First day since amun has come back where I'm crashing
3 crashes thus far. I already reported them but crashes always happen when I'm riding around on my wolf (mostly inside syrtis).

Well done with the bug fixing NGD! The majority of the bugs I saw before have been fixed. Some issues I still see with the current version 1.8.33811:
1) Font of Target Name is difficult to read. Consider changing thickness of text. 2) Target health bar has no border, making it difficult to determine target's health. 3) Magic Barrier(Conjurer, Sorcery Discipline) has the icon of Energy Barrier. 4) Shift+[1-0] does not cast powers on the second skillbar. Linux Client x86_64. 104 keyboard, us layout, qwerty. Keys [1-0] function normally for casting without any trouble. 5) Game freezes while resizing chat window. Other windows (character sheet, premium window) resize fine. 6) Hiding the chat window with the [-] button works. Opening it up again does not. Now, even using the keyboard commands for combat log/talk will not open up the chat window again. These keyboard shortcuts work fine if [-] is not used. 7) The separate combat log is not resizable. If it is in the chat window, it is fine, but it would be nice if we could resize the separate combat log. 8) Deleting multiple items by dragging onto screen does not work. Dragging to trash works fine. 9) Skills cannot be removed from the skill bar through either right clicking or dragging off the skillbar. They can only be moved to another slot. 10) If the Character/Inventory /Community Window is open, the [-]/[+] /WorldMap buttons around the minimap do not function. They act as expected if other windows, such as Options, Premium, World Map are open. 11) Using the mouse scroll wheel in the skill bar also will cause the game to zoom in and out. Ideally this should not zoom in/out, and only switch the skill bars. 12) If the Character/Inventory/Community Window is opened with the keyboard shortcuts 'c','i',or 'p', the window incorrectly responds to opening/closing other of the 3 windows. So if I press 'c', then 'i', the character window opens, and then the 'i' closes the character window, but does not open the inventory window. Note that using the keyboard shortcuts, the corresponding buttons do not change colors. Using the buttons on the button right, everything functions as expected. 13) Chat window size does not persist over multiple logins/change character You're doing a great job. =) This is going to be an amazing update! |

This quote is referred to a discussion in the spanish forum. They asked if the arrows will have bonus.
Surak said that the arrows will have a bonus, they don't have it now for an error. (at least this is my understanding).

indeed, that's what surak said. i asked if arrows will come with defese bonuses just like bracelets, but no answer yet. if i get to know, will let you guys know

So if arrows will have bonuses, what's the point in deleting the superboss arrows? Although, I'm uncertain whether this has been confirmed by NGD or not, it still makes no sense since they do noticeably less damage than level 59/60 ones.
And if early duplication situations (giving at least 1 arrow to anybody) are going to cause problems in your eyes NGD, then just make some sort of restriction for the already existing superboss arrows. But if they do end up getting deleted, I'd like to see some compensation, mainly because they're a rare find. |
