I'm not sure that all the bugs from 1.8.0 are fixed, but so far what I've noticed about 1.9.3 is that spell slot 11 and 12 are not assigned to - and + respectively, and that the extra quickbar doesn't work with the shift key in the linux client, (IE Shift+1)

also the log is totally screwed up, if you try to scroll you crash, and the text will not resize to the size of the log window, and you can't resize the log when its above your chat window.

and when items are posted in chats you can't click directly on them you have to click below them,
