Clan lost after the update of the carnival event

After the update of the carnival event the clan paladins of durandal stay as if it had not been created in spite of the fact that the members continue having this clan as his description.
The list is not visible for no one who had joined to this clan.
A ticket was created by me a couple of days behind in the NGD support website but still the response has not been obtained on the part of them yet.
Somebody can help me with this issue.

This issue happened to every clan, it was (or is) just a bug of the clan member list, however for my clans it was solved with todays update/hotfix.

Just asking: are clanlist buttons fixed too?
Or are they still messed up (to big for names)?

Our Clanleader is not on these days because of work so we don't know if it is fixed or not.
