10.1 FORBIDDEN USE of services or contents in general
Any use of the services with the object to: contravene the rules and operation mode determined by NGD STUDIOS; harm the rights of third parties; contravene the judicial order and constitute an offensive practice; will be considered as FORBIDEN USE of the services or contents, if there is transgression of the final objective for which they are placed at the disposal of the users.
Any action listed herein will be considered FORBIDDEN USE:
• With the object to hamper the security or normal functioning of the REGNUM ONLINE or any third party information systems. Either by means of the use of traps, automation software (bots), hacks, non-authorized mods or any other third party software destined to modify the REGNUM ONLINE experience, or the use of any possible code error (bugs), including, without limitation, those that contribute to the prosperity of the user in a manner not anticipated by NGD STUDIOS (exploits).
• Take advantage of errors in the code or system in general and/or the resistance to inform them with the object to attain benefit thereby.
• Exploit the software or any of its parts with commercial objectives, including, without limitation to (a) to obtain the Premium game currency (Ximerin), elements or resources for sale outside the game, or (b) the realization of services in the game, for example, power – leveling, in exchange for a payment outside the game.
• Tends to modify or make others modify the files that form part of the software of the client or the server in any manner not expressly authorized by NGD STUDIOS.
• Facilitate, create or maintain any non authorized connection to Regnum Online, including, without limitation (a) any connection to any server that emulates or intends to emulate REGNUM ONLINE in a non authorized manner, and (b) any connection using programs or tools that are not expressly authorized by NGD Studios.
• Damages or contribute to the damage of any equipment used to lodge REGNUM ONLINE (each one, a “server”), or affect the game experience of any other player.

They can ban the whole population if they want and glitchers are screwing up so many games that it would probably get some good publicity and attract a lot of new players.

Cheating is wrong etc etc...
But do you really think they would ban 30 customers just because of this? Almost everyone have bought ximerins and some keep buying every month so they would lose money, especially when this is not so serious issue.

You know, syrtians are like sheeps. One do something and others follow.

Because this is cheating anyway, I suggest next time ban the one person who glitch it in rock. Realm can't glitch it together, it is always one person who does that. If even few people start hitting glitched eve, others will follow because they don't want to lose chances to get drop.

Anyway I think it is kinda lame some of us glitch it, we would have enough kill it the fair way :/

ppl have been banned in groups in the past (magna dupping), so the "cant ban 30 customers" is silly argument, althought it is unfair for a diff reason, like eyfura said
