some of us were happy with just 45... can't it be made choosable? :C how come the people who played with 45 have to suffer cause of the people who hacked the cfg file to use 100 ?

if they complaint and get higher fov, if i complaint will you guys make it choosable between 45 and the current one? im not the only one who feels this way

i not also have to get used to a higher fov after playing with the normal game fov, but i have to live with less 10 fps because of it :P and i play in linux...

Still can't access the normal anti-aliasing slider and FXAA still has the effect of appearing as if I'm drunk - the added fov merely compounds the problem.

Also, the issue regarding certain players not being able to utilize the texture quality slider, despite being able - in certain cases - to put everything else on ultra has not been fixed.

Rotate mouse wheel and get the zoom you are used to.

real life tends to get in the way, so no thorkul during working hours, at night or when I have other things to do. Custom video settings still dont work, just the presets. I can play on standard high quality settings just fine, but if I change the water quality to lowest in the advanced screen, the game won't start. same for other custom settings.

New FOV seems fine enough, maybe a little too much (I'm using 1920x1080 resolution).
With lower value I agree with some that posted on forum, it adds more game sensations because of the close view that make you easy surprised from incoming enemy on sides.

Thanks NGD for the new fov. I'm used to play with 70, but this is fine

Those who don't like it, well, just don't zoom out fully..?

you're missing the point. The point is that the increased field of view makes it too easy to look behind you, which kills skills. No longer keeping track of who is where in your head is no longer a required skill, you can see everyone in a 360 degree view. combat is dumbed down.

Nothing is dumbed down. You can zoom in to make things like before to you and provide hard mode to self. Game got better for me or at least more customizable for everyone depending on their needs.

I'm really happy that NGD increased the fov. Before was alot harder to keep a track on allies and enemies with conju.

This is exactly what I meant with dumbed down combat. You no longer need the skill to keep track of people, since you can see everything around you. You may not agree that it dumbed down combat, but we're agreeing on the fact that this makes it easy to keep track of people. IMO it's too easy.
