I'm not too sure about this, i don't think there is enough people (on haven atleast) to have a constant population of people doing arenas, battlezones and also actively participating in the warzone. Perhaps a server merge is in order?

It could be possible to have a cross-server battleground system, something similar to world of warcraft where you find yourself fighting with and against players from other servers in instances only. It could be possible with Ra but I don't see it happening with the servers not run by NGD.

I have a hope that instances will decrease load on servers with high population. For example in Alsius on Ra Orc Camp is a crazy place where is almost imposible to grind. Sometimes I doubt who is more populated there sabertooths or Ignis.

But knowing people I am sure that it won't become easier to grind. Grinder is still easy and attractive target for hunt parties.

I didn't understand one point...

Each victory in the Battlezones will grant to the winning team coins of a new currency that can be used to purchase unique items exclusively for the arenas like armor, potions and combat elixirs.

Those armors will be available only on arenas or in WZ too?

Perhaps they are hoping that the new update will draw new players, snag back old players, and keep the current player base growing. Maybe a server merge isn't needed. We shall see.

Also, I haven't been on the forums for a while. Is there going to be a new level cap?

On Haven will be 2 situations :
a.) Holy load of instances and warzone dead
b.)Holy daily dragon invasion.
