Just had a huge 2hr+ fight at Shana + 8 hour 100%xp boost started

just wanted to post again that the game does not appear to be dying.

just finished a really huge fight in Regnum. bout 15vs15vs15+. Reds had 2 of blue relics at shana, reds were taking final blue relic from efe, and goats held Shana with the 2 goat relics inside.
Gelfs turned up and a massive 2 hours+ battle took place at Shana. Gelfs smashed Ignis from behind at shana, goats smashed gelfs from behind, gelfs could not make up their mind on whether to smash blues at Shana or help reds. Ignis eventually took the final blue relic to their save and a 1 hour standoff took place with enemies trying to zerg the Ignis central save while the blues were trying to recap Shana after losing it to the reds. While this took place an 8 hour 100% xp boost started. Shana changed hands 3 times during this battle. During this battle, wz chat was very busy and new players kept butting in to say fun stuff, a sure sign they are eager to participate.

i think the goats won this fight but.. im not sure how the gelfs and ignis felt about it. ignis can't have been too hapy and greens, well im not sure how the greens felt.

As for players who do say they have exhausted or tired of all the combinations of the game. I feel this is normal after many months/years of playing. Once the realms player compositions changes, i suspect Ultimate will find some new challenges. Nonetheless, I would not expect anybody to play regnum their whole life long. 1.5+ years is more than enough, then dropping back to visit for say 6 months eveyr 2 years is already pretty incredible for any game.

(note: now not sure about the xp boost, some people said it hadn't started as announced)

when i logged in.. it was pretty boring..
to many freakin conjus! why couldnt there be 2 others besides me.. instead of 2 barbs and 8 conjus

The fight actually was closer to three hours and Shaa changed hands at least twice more early on. I hear at one point a warju and warlock got into the castle before ignis capped it and fought five defenders at the flag to take it back.

Last time I've been in that scale of a fight was around March. So it doesn't mean the game is going well.

100% 8hr boost? Well not complaining, but remember that it's a double edged blade.
