Problems with the Steam "Realm Guard Pack"

Hello,

our Clan got some problems with the Steam Codes.
When we tryed to fill in the Number into the "Code" only "Code invalide" appears. 3 Ppl tryed it and all got "Code invalide". Is it a Server problem?!

Description on Steam states that the code is only usable with accounts created through Steam. Is the account you are redeeming code on created through Steam?

Edit: this information may be wrong.

Nope thats not right. It works fine few days ago but since yesterday "Code invalide"

Sorry the 'Created through Steam' notice is in 'New Recruit Pack',

I don't see such notice in Realm Guard Pack.

Noone of us have a steam cor account .

I play since 2007, so i can't have a steam cor account and i used 10 times a realm guard pack.

So i can say, you dont need a steam cor account, the only thing you need is a normal steam account, independently of Regnum.
The only thing you should think about is, that you need 1 steam account for 1 realm guard pack. When you do this, you can take infinitely realm guard packs on your regnum account.

Some of us (some german gamers) play on RA since 2 months and we used so much (hundrets?) of realm guard packs to make some characters on 45 and get 40k ximerin. Some of us use over 10 packs, because of the ximerin, the lucky box, the gem and some other things.

Since yesterday, we bought some codes and when we start to enter the key and confirm, so there is the message "invalid code".

Our question is, is that a server error, a database error, a steam error or is the realm guard pack blocked? The realm pack also doesn't work on new regnum accounts.
Is the problem at NGD or at steam?
Pls fix them... more then 10 people (all i asked) have the same problem since 2th october.

yes, a clan member of mine also had the problem yesterday. still she did everything right as the rest of us had, and none ever had issues with entering the key
