Default Having huge issues returning to the game

recently been trying to get back onto the game but no wonder old players can't return.

Got a new laptop a few months ago, so couldn't log into my account...

Then went through the support process, was really slow so forgot about it.

The thread was closed tried to upload my ID etc but JPG format wasn't allowed to be uploaded...

Why is it so hard to log into my account when Haven is already struggling for players. Hope this can be sorted out soon or I just won't bother...

Support still not replied yet..

Any ideas on how I can upload my photo as jpg isn't accepted?

Good question. Like to know meself. Tried to post a forum 'profile picture' last month, & used several formats (all within 100x100 & kb limits). Never could get site to accept any of 'em.

try pm to Leily, got no reply from support for a month and she helped me to solve problem in 2 days.

Opened my support ticket 5 days ago, all I need is the e-mail changed to my current e-mail so I can activate my account -_-

Is it so hard to do

hey herakles I remember you!
im going thru the same thing sent my id but still no reply back!

The support team seems like they need some support them self's.

I even was able to log into one account i knew the email to and the authorization doenst even send to the email..

Its really A shame I used to love this game and cant even play!

Dropbox, share only with support@ngd.com, and tell them that in the support ticket request? I have a folder in Dropbox only for NGD. Labeled "NGD" in fact.
