Icon bar feature

I think it should be usefull to lock the icon bar (or spell bar) when you're in combat mode, it would help a lot during battle not to have to open the spell book just because the spell or attack you need has disappeared.

it shouldn't dissapear from your shortcut bar when you cast it... only when you click it with right mouse button.
