Critical Error

When I start up the game, after logging in I get this message.

Critical Error:
Can't load resource list, aborting.

My computer exceeds the requirements of this game and I have been running it for over a month now, this is the first time I have gotten this message.

Any Ideas?

Try selecting "Download all new resources at once" on the options menu.
