Believe it or not, when wudy and I hunt we don't use voice chat. We've hunted together for so long that we know exactly what the other is doing.

You don't really need it for much: Target focus is the main thing, really. When it's just 2 people, that played for a while together, then that too might be easy to do without voice chat

But when the hunting party consists of 6 people, it helps. Just have someone pick targets, they're dead in split seconds. But you know that now better than I do

First, I had a nice pvp on the 28th with red starr. We fought for quite some time with the first ending up in a bit of a draw and the second being ruined by the server crashing. Oh well, next time

Second, I'd like to thank Inster, Eli, Byteme, Wudy, Aeron ,and Blu Arrow for an amazing weekend of killing. We caused MUCH havoc in Syrtis and killed many, many, many elves - most grand! Our last fight of the weekend was at Herbred last night. I crashed during the fights last few moments (ended up at the save) but we held for quite some time.

Now, on to today's hunt......

The hunt started in Ignis where we had a wonderful encounter with Vengala. 3 vs 1 he didn't last long but fought well regardless. We then continued onto the beach where we greeted Shatto and Fenrris-ulf with open arms. I suppose three lvl 50 hunters with pissy pets can due quite a bit of damage. We tool'd around the teleporter area at Meni beach and ran into Vengala and his crew of 3 marskman. A great fight began between the Alsius Hunters and Vegala, Vernon Reid, Halcon Blanco, and Vj. Arrows were flying everywhere but when the smoke cleared from this gruesome encounter, the Alsius Hunters stood while the others did not.

Shortly after our encounter with Vengala we decided it best to leave the area as I'm sure he was on the "bat-phone" calling for re-enforcements. We encountered Vectorman and Turra. We sent Vectorman back to the save but left Turra to live (they are a knight and I didn't want to spend 10 minutes killing him just so others would turn up).

We moved through Ignis into the swamp and all was quiet. I was kinda hoping to find a few in the swamp, but Ignis wasn't cooperating

We left the swamp area and continued into Syrtis to irritate those at the beach area.

The clan arrived at the beach and found the warrior Furiaa. We began our attack but noticed they were not fighting back. We started to leave them with very low HP but decided, eh - wtf and killed them. I'm sorry it was a Hyde moment and we wanted to cause enough problems to start a bigger fight. We ventured down the beach and encountered JCF and Cazador Glacius. Poor JCF was left to fight alone as Cazador Glacius hid away to safety. JCF fought valiantly but to no avail. The two returned shortly to fight again; however, their fate was no different.

We then began our journy to the Copula and encountered the mighty drv and the hunter NERULL. I was targeted quickly and received a death sentence and a confuse. I did not last long; however, Wudy and Aeron defeated them quickly. I rez'd and rallied with my mates at PP.

We journeyed from PP towards the central save and encountered a contingency of about seven Syrtans. A mighty battle ensued. The Alsius Hunters attacked with great speed and overwhelmed the Syrtans at first. They began a counter attack and finally defeated us; however, only one Syrtan was left standing. The tactis used by the Syrtans were odd as none of our clan was ever under dizzy nor were our pets destroyed. I do not remember all the names of the Syrtans; however, they were the likes of Gacaleg, Vitix, Tain, and Cleutuz to name a few.

The hunter's sixth sense told us that they'd have greater numbers next venture; therefore, we decided to move back into Ignis. We ventured to the beach area to encounter Alita Killer, Eragon Eduard, and Sogeking. We hapily sent them back to their save to gather more. They returned with far greater numbers and a great fight began. My congrats goes out to Nick who was quite smart in casting MOD. I escaped the range of MOD with only 103 hp remaining and returned to the fight. Interestingly enough, I was not attacked again until the end of the fight. We had defeated all but one of the Ignis group that we encountered. My congrats goes to Nick, Asierito, Alita Killer, Sucre, and Melkor Gorgoroth for defeating us in the end. Oh, on a side note - Luisgulas the Hunter (spelling) showed up at the end out of stalker to attack Wudy from behind - hmm, perhaps he should PvP Wudy for a real fight...

Getting attacked from behind did not settle well with us as we would have defeated the Ignis group otherwise. We returned to the area in hopes to fight the group again. On our venture back we encountered JDM at the bridge and descimated the barbarian. Again, 3v1 isn't quite an even fight. We moved back to the beach area and engaged the likes of Alita Killer, Asierto, Melkor Gorgoroth Eargon Eduard, Sucre, korgg, and ignisguerro. The fight was long and brutal; however, in the end the Alsius Hunters were victorious.

We chose not to press our luck and concluded the fight (actually I had real life meeting to go to....uff I hate meetings).

A great day for Alsius and the Alsius Hunters....
