That Lokkit (which I found on Linux noob forums for opening ports) is firewall configuration tool. I didnt notice that by default it has mode High level protection picked. I just added port I wanted/type and pressed ok. It remembered High security option too. And that blocked traffic, as Surak said.
I deinstalled program but settings still were active. So today I installd again Lokkit and found out about high securtity option. (problem first time was that background of terminal wasnt very good so I didnt see security level option).
Anyway, problem solved, thanks! ( I learned lesson )
