Syrtis! Do The Right Thing! - Page 7

Don't wanna ruin the moment, but

I understand Syrtis isn't what it really looks like, they are all the same really, they just have a totally different playing style that most of them don't even realize they take part in.

Anyway, when it comes to the case of Samal, Ignis sucks, at least from my view. Its really unorganized, everyone rushes and dies, and runs back quickly to repeat, (they do this mainly because of the save real close by)

I never quite understood it, but if you play on the Ignean side of things im sure im not the only one to notice, for instance if its Pines Alsuis retakes it faster than Ignis retakes Samal, even if they have less men, its because they don't do the crazy "everyone solo rush them until they eventually die" tactic.

Its why Samal battles have lasted over an hour in the past, beause its a case where I see Ignis plays unorganized.

Just wanted to say that.

I dont know what time that is actualy, but try playing at peek hours. If you can play in alsius for a couple of days, trying to battle off syrtis, you'll understand, when you can play in ignis for a couple of days, battling off syrtis you'll understand.

Being a citizen of the great and just realm of Syrtis I feel terribly insulted by the creator of this thread. Not only does he slur my beloved realm, he dares to questions to abilities of me and my brothers in arms.
Who does he think he is to make such generalizing judgements on Syrtis? On what facts does he base arguments? He just has to accept Syrtis is better, the constant hunting in Alsius by Syrtis does not show that Syrtis can't fight a proper fight, but shows his impotence to keep his realm save. If he really was as good as he states everywhere on this forum, claimed by Alsirians blinded by envy of our great power, he could easily keep the realm of the goats and midgets clean.

Our huge numbers of players are not something that shows that we're pathetic. Instead it shows that our marketing campaign is years ahead of your. We attract a lot more players, which indeed results in a clear advantage on the battlegrounds.
However, we deserve this. Thanks to our huge numbers we've improved our team play, you won't find another realm that cooperates as good as we do.
We also have a lot of spare people because of our superior marking campaign, which is why we have enough people free to specialize in the though art of save and gate camping, which has a huge impact on the Alsirian moral. Again Syrtis' superiority shows. Whereas Alsius already has trouble with reaching the save, Syrtis has almost enough power to maintain a 24/7 camping cycles with a sophisticated system of turns.

We're just smarted, get over it.

I do fight with ignis at peak hours and it's Ok. try to fight in syrtis around 6.00am to 8.00am french time, you'll get zerg too by ignis. So please stop taking conclusion just from your experience because it's clearly false.

At Ra Ignis is zerging very often too. Many times at pinos they have more warlocks than we have players.

I dare to point out that 80% of them on RA are Holas and we can't really tell them anything according strategy or ask to split in half

I've spent most of my time around trelle save and they are plagued by the green zerg - FAR more numbers than levelers and far higher levels. But I've also noticed that ignis plagues Pinos area the same....

well today we had the best fight with syrtis ive ever been in, for once syrtis decided to take a risk and attack a defended fort, it was alot of fun, i was getting tired of having to go to herb all the time. and all it showed was that when syrtis and ignis had equal numbers, ignis owned =)

o and the other guy on top, you keep talking about marketing strategies, but never even gave an example, you just sort of threw the word around and expect us to believe it, and ive never seen syrtis have sum sort of plan when fighting, you all just rush in...
