I'm just saying what i've observed: that these alliances more often than not involve Syrtis being allied to another realm.

Syrtis rarely seems to be on its own being attacked by the other 2 realms.

Which strikes me as a little unfair, as it is the biggest realm.

At the invasions yesterday-morning Alsius had captured all forts alone, and yes, those 4-6 greens 'helping' us did kill our people when they were on low health.

don't know, but I've only seen ignis and alsius both trying to bash our gate

but it happens on horus though (short fair realm alliances) alsius+syrtis vs ignis sometimes

in this specific case alsius let ignis help to break te door, and then kill all (greens and reds) there wasn't any alleance, two minutes after the door was broken the fort became blue and so it remained while alsius take samal and then attempt to take shannarid.
