Username/password invalid
I've recently downloaded and installed Regnum and I am having trouble logging in. For some reason, it says "user/password not valid" whenever I attempt to log into the game. I have double, triple, quadruple checked and retyped my username and password and it doesn't work. I have turned off my anti-virus as well as my firewall.
On one occasion, it accepted the combination and I got a new error: "Connection to autopatch server failed" then it went back to not accepting my account information. I am from Australia, if that's of any importance. EDIT: I can log into the website with the same user/password, but not into the game. |

Yeah ive made my account and let it through my firewall and activated my account fully but i still cannot log in. PLEASE someone help me. been wanting to try this game out for a while and now this.

Hi,
I have the same issue on a linux 64bits install. I tried to create a second account but it's the same problem. It seems that there should be a problem on Regnum servers which are not updated with new created accounts. Could somebody at Regnum check and advise please ? Thanks. |

Hello,
same problem here. Cant log in to game : User/password is not valid And sometimes: Connection to autopatch server failed Help me to connect game PS: I write it here, but Im using Ubuntu linux 9.04 , so i think this problem is not depending on OS |

yeah bud alot of are getting this problem and i have yet to get anyone from the game to respond with some help. i hope they let us know whats up and if/when its going to be fixed.

Did you activate your account from the Activation Mail?
I guess you did but I am just asking to be sure the error is because of something else.

yep i got the email and activated it. and logged in and done what i had to do to get %100 access to the game. made a forum account ect. its pushing about 6 hours and no help or reply from the dev team guys from the pms i sent them. "forum admins ect"

I have seen other posts (Spanish Forum) from people with the same problem. It seems that this error started today. I think admins are aware now of this problem, that seems to affect new accounts.
