I just want to know, how many of you use your mouse to cast your spells? i've talked to about 4 or 5 people, they all do it. i've never used my mouse, i've always used the shortcut keys. so now i've grown curious, am i the only one?

I spoke with some people in my clan about it a long time ago and I think we all basically did something like this:

F1-F4 and 1-5 (or 1-4 or 1-6) with keyboard and the rest with the mouse.

That is: I use keyboard as long as I can reach the buttons, and then I use the mouse. Of course there are exceptions, too.

I mostly use the keybord, because it's faster, but sometimes my mouse is close too, so I use it.

I had to learn how to play like a right-handed. Tho I do everything else in RL just like a left-handed would. Look what NGD made me do XD
I can prove this because RO is the only MMO I have played, whitch is the only reason I have learned to play like a right-handed >.<

I use both. Most of the time I use the keyboard, but on some spells that are close to other sensitive spells (the spell next to Sanctuary and Steel Skin in my bar for example) I try to use the mouse.

I pretty much converted to mouse click, the game is relatively slow so I don’t feel its much of disadvantage. Besides it makes target switching and spell bar toggling a little easier for me.

I am also left handed....

I use my left hand on keys W A S D for movement
I use F to show all realm allies
I use E for auto run
Main attack skills are on 1 2 3 4 [f1] [f2]
Items are on [f3]
Buffs are all on 1 2 3 4 [f4]

I click skills 6 7 8 9 10 with the mouse
I click spell book side bar with the mouse

Anywho, I used mouse, then when I switched to playing on my laptop I use the keys because they are so close to each other. I never used WASD before the changes,

1-4 --> keyboard
5-0 --> mouse

I think it's faster like this. But I think we really need a way to costumize the UI of Regnum a bit. It would also be nice to define hotkeys for spells to some unused letters. But then they would have to implement a check whether the chat bar has focus or not.
