I've heard enough positive feedback regarding Darkfall to know that it's a game that fits me.

well i've been on #darkfall and everyone there hates the game... and what made me not to make an account purchase was that there is no free trial. it smells like a big fucking ripoff to me.

im waiting on earth eternal its broswer based and seems quite hopeful and is free but regnum is still interseting... for now

You DO know that Darkfall's IRC channel and game forum
are both among the most trolled and spammed places on the interwebs?
It's called Forumfall for a reason.
Watching gameplay vids, and live streams, has made me want the game.
People who hate the game should GB2W. (Go Back To WoW, that is)
They're either trolling, or just tried the game during the beta (which was a total mess).

Why would people talk on the IRC channel when they could play the game instead?

A FFA, FPS-style PvP combat style with full loot amuses the hell out of me.
