Default Does pets/mobs have to stay still too ?

Since every players have to stay stand without move to normal hit or cast a spell not instant, does mobs and specially hunters pets have to don't move to attack you ?

I hope yes, otherwise it will be very unfair.

I'm afraid at least the mobs with range 0 will be considered melee, so they will be able to attack while running.

Hmmm this pets are not really a problem so big as the hunters pets (troll, yeti...). I have to don't move to cast spells and now this pets are more "glued" to me. They deal me more damages that the hunter !
