I can't play

Yeah, after loading, screen goes intact, music is heard, mouse pointer works... I left the pc for 50 minutes, when i got back, the screen still intact... actually I was unable to play since my registration :-)

Me as well. I've actually gotten almost to starting and it froze up. Nowadays it just loads up at the start, I don't even have time to click play, and then it freezes for a second before an error appears saying, "Failed to copy the file, '.\Regnum Online.exe (error 32: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." And then the game just reloads and does the same. I redownloaded and reinstalled, nothing's working. And frankly, I'm getting angry.

There was a bug that caused the RegnumOnline.exe to run multiple times. Open Task Manager click the Processes tab ad see if it running more then once. If it is click end process on all the RegnumOnline.exe and restart the client and it should update.
