Why so laggy?

Well, I dont know how to find that, but I can tell you what computer im using.
Presario F500
if that helps in any way...
And i think my computer is like 3 years old tops, so it cant be TOO out of date

Well, F500 is the laptop series, but I still managed to find out some info.
It seems that your CPU wouldn't be that good (1.6GHz single core), 512MB RAM and a GeForce 6000 series GPU (or atleast a similar configuration).

A few tips to improve performance:

• Try to shut down any applications not needed while playing (perhaps even antivirus software if you dare).
• If you use Windows Vista, make sure you play in Fullscreen or disable the Aero desktop compositing.
• Make sure you're having the latest drivers installed for your graphic card.
• Check that you are playing Regnum in "Safe mode", if not, please enable it.
