Default Error on loading

From today, I am getting error while running Regnum, which I ve never seen before.

I start Regnum, pick my character and after that starts loading which results in instant crashing.

Driver problem. It can't allocate 65kB mem =)
Maybe memory cleanup or driver reconfigure/reinstall/upgrade/downgrade help
